Apesar de comprar na aplicação e haver disponibilidade de entrega e ter pago adiantado. No dia seguinte não havia para entrega, com a desculpa que outras encomendas entraram no sistema antes. Propuseram a troca mas, 4 horas depois ligaram novamente a dizer que não tinham para troca propondo enviar 1/3 da encomenda paga. Sem data prevista para a entrega do resto da encomenda. Perante isto solicitei a devolução do dinheiro, e demoraram mais de uma semana para o fazerem pela mesma via (mbway) com a desculpa de que era necessária uma autorização especial para o fazerem. Lamentável serviço.
